I’ve been an artist all my life. As far back as I can remember I’ve been able to draw, paint, sculpt, just about anything that requires artistic talent but I didn’t discover photography until my early 20’s. Since then I’ve worked as a photo editor, a freelancer, a commercial photographer and a portrait photographer. I’ve shot in F-16’s, track-side at Daytona and hanging off the skid of a helicopter. I’ve photographed everything from the President of the United States down to my neighbors dogs and just about everything in between but the one common thread throughout my work is creativity. I’m constantly on the lookout for something new, different and striking.
I was lucky enough to spend 6 and a half years in the Air Force which gave me the incredible opportunity to live and photograph all over the world. I spent 3 of those years in Texas and 3 year in Germany and short trips to just about everywhere in between. I served 3 combat deployments living and working alongside some of the most intelligent, enlightened, and without any doubt the funniest people I’ll ever meet. These experiences gave me some once in a lifetime photography opportunities that I’ll never forget.
I try to be as involved in the community as possible, I’m a Leadership Clarksville Class of 2017 graduate, member of the APSU Veterans Alumni Association, Clarksville Networking Group, Veterans Coalition, Clarksville Friends of Photography and an active member of the Professional Photographers Association.
I consider myself to be the hardest working photographer around and if its fast and loud, I’ll photograph it.
